Green from the roof down
We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint. Green technologies have been built into the fabric of our building to prove that sustainability is no barrier to world-class, innovative design. The form of the building has been kept as compact as possible, to combine a highly flexible design with maximum environmental performance.
We’ve used environmentally friendly construction materials such as FSC timber and re-used aggregates. And with a green roof, solar hot water and biomass boiler, the building achieves BREEAM Excellent status. We continue to expand our use of renewable energies, improve waste and recycling, and reduce our water consumption.

Space to relax and recharge
Our location next to The O2 couldn’t be better for the huge range of restaurants and bars on offer, and we benefit from a wide range of staff and student discounts. The local area is also well served with a supermarket, pub and cafes. For those wanting to stay closer to home, our deli area on the ground floor will provide students, staff and visitors with a range of light bites and refreshments. There is also vending for drinks, confectionary, sandwiches and fruit throughout the building.
