Ravensbourne works with a number of partners in order to support you in finding private rented accommodation or a place with fellow students in Halls of Residence:

Ravensbourne has joined forces with the University of London Housing Service which provides housing advice and guidance for searching for private sector rented accommodation. Visit The London Student Housing Guide (LSHG) website for more information.

Please note, the service does not deal enquiries regarding Halls of Residence. These are dealt with separately by contacting Unite, the details of which are below.

Unite

Unite is a company specialising in providing student accommodation and on its relocation to Greenwich, Ravensbourne reserved 100 en-suite rooms with access to a shared kitchen at Quantum Court hall of residence.

Quantum Court is only 5 minutes walk from Shadwell DLR, where you can catch the DLR direct to Canary Wharf. Then it’s just one stop on the Jubilee Line to North Greenwich and a very short walk to Ravensbourne.  Shadwell DLR is also one stop away from Bank, where frequent trains will take you into the heart of London in 15 minutes or less.

The property is close to Wapping and The Dock, where you will find a variety of shops and restaurants. Located in a residential area and close to a supermarket, the main bus stops are only a few minutes walk away.

Pricing

An en suite room with access to a shared kitchen costs £175.00 per week for 42 weeks (from 15th September 2011 until 5th July 2012). This cost includes full internet access and utilities. You will need to pay a deposit of approximately £250 to reserve a room.

Ravensbourne is currently unable to help students find accommodation other than the services offered above.
