Short courses

Ravensbourne short courses for beginners and professionals.

Ravensbourne short courses span digital media, fashion, broadcasting and design. You can find out more information about our range of introductory short courses using design, online and digital media tools on the Greenwich Digital Skills page. Greenwich residents enjoy reduced rates on courses teaching you how to edit films and soundtracks, design posters or 3-D shapes, and how to design websites and manage social media.

Professional Courses

For those looking to add to their skills at a higher level there are a range of options. We offer the chance for individuals and organisations to study media modules that form part of the MA Professional Media Practice course (“Build Your Own MA’) degree course. This allows you to take advantage of Ravensbourne’s facilities, research community and various networking opportunities at the heart of the Digital Peninsula.

When attending a Ravensbourne short course, you will:

  • learn to work quickly and professionally using the latest workflows.
  • network with other professionals and companies attending courses.
  • access the latest technologies in both hardware and software.
  • tap into our tutors expertise and contacts, all of whom are successful professionals in digital media, TV and film; and
  • access our million pound programme aimed at improving your digital skills.

We offer a range of short courses throughout the year that are delivered at Ravensbourne, or possibly off-site, details will be shown in the details for the individual short course.
