The course
Management in the Creative Industries is to apply a particular vision of leadership in order to transform an organisation into a high performing creative enterprise. This will involve mapping out a model which brings the wholeness of an individual/employee – who they are – to the culture of an organisation, connecting their minds, hearts and inner purpose to greater innovation and organisational performance.
This short course/module will draw on the High Involvement Management model and the model of Appreciative Enquiry and how these can be applied to a new approach to organisational transformation. In understanding this process, it is hoped that you will embark upon a learning journey that will enable them you to:
- understand where you want to get to – your vision, what it could look like, what it would feel like
- understand where you will want to start from – the skills needed for change; and
- understand the enablers and barriers that will allow you or hinder you to achieve your vision of a highly creative and innovative people-centred organisation.
