Professor Robin Baker OBE Robin Baker

Robin Baker is the Director and Chief Executive of Ravensbourne and the driving force in the relocation and transformation of the College. Moving from Chislehurst to a new building next to The O2 at Greenwich Peninsula, the relocation will provide a unique opportunity to recast the role of specialist higher education for the creative industries in London.

Previously Professor of Computing at the Royal College of Art, London, Robin has lectured and spoken on the relationship between design, media and computer technology. He was chair of the RSA interactive media panel. His book, ‘Designing the Future: The Computer Transformation of Reality’, explored the impact of computing on the design industries.
